Soyo App Closes Account After $194.59 Earnings and Refuses to Pay Out

I registered on the Soyo voice and video chat app to earn income through messaging. I participated in a competition called “Forest Treasure” on the app and received a total of 700,000 diamonds in gifts from a user, which equals approximately $163. Including task completion rewards, I submitted two separate withdrawal requests in the amounts of $163 and $31.59. On the morning of November 27, 2025, around 6:30 AM, after submitting my withdrawal request, my account was suddenly closed without any warning while I was messaging in the app. When I tried to log back in, I saw only a general notice stating that my account had been closed and that I should contact customer service for more information, but no detailed reason was provided. Previously, I had received a warning message for using a specific word in the app, stating that my account would be closed if I repeated the violation three times. Since I had only received one warning, meaning I was at 1 out of 3 violations, closing my account without any repeated violation contradicts the rule that was communicated to me. To understand the situation, I contacted my agency owner. My agency owner stated that they spoke with a Soyo representative via WhatsApp and shared a screenshot indicating that my account was closed for “bot usage, artificial intelligence use, not chatting with real people and earning money in that way.” However, the user who sent me the large gift is a completely real person with their own account, and we even had a video chat. I did not use any bots, artificial intelligence, or third-party software. I also explained the situation through Soyo live support and requested that my withdrawal be paid. They asked for my email address and said they would contact me, but even after three days, I have not received any response or a clear written explanation. As a result, after receiving a large gift and complying with the rules stated in the in-app warning, my account was closed without concrete evidence, and my earnings were not paid. I request that my account with ID 247134601 be reviewed again, that the unjust account closure be lifted, and that my total earnings of approximately $194.59, including gifts and task rewards, be paid to me in full.
