Soyo Voice Room App Suspends Account and Ignores Refund Request

My account on the Soyo: Voice Room & Chat Party app was banned without any explanation, and I cannot access the approximately $30 balance remaining in my account. When I try to log into the app, I only see a notification saying that I have been banned, but there is no clear information explaining why. I contacted the support team through the app to ask why my account was banned and to request a refund of the remaining $30 balance, but I have not received any response. I want to learn the reason for the ban and request either a refund of my remaining balance or that my account be reinstated. I ask that my support request be handled promptly with a clear explanation so that my issue can be resolved.
