Soyo App Bans Three Accounts on Same iPhone and Locks $23 Balance
Three accounts that I opened on the Soyo app using the same iPhone device were closed one after another within the last two to three days. When I try to log into any of these accounts, I receive a warning stating, “Your account has been banned and is inaccessible.” I had a total balance of approximately $23 across these accounts. The email address of one of the closed accounts is a*********@gmail.com, and another account was registered with the phone number 0538*****46. So far, I have not been able to reach Soyo customer service or receive any explanation. I request detailed information about why my accounts were closed, that my accounts be reinstated, and that my remaining balance be refunded to me.
