Southwind Airlines Ignored Calls After Umrah Return Baggage Loss

On December 17, 2025, after our return flight from Umrah with Southwind Airlines, one of our suitcases did not arrive on the baggage carousel at Kütahya Zafer Airport. We completed the required lost baggage report at the airport, but since that day no progress has been made regarding our missing suitcase. The lost bag contained gifts brought back from Umrah as well as high-value personal items such as an electric shaver, resulting in an estimated financial loss of approximately $1,380. Despite calling the Southwind Airlines Antalya office repeatedly for days, none of my calls have been answered and I have received no response whatsoever. I am requesting clear information about the whereabouts of my suitcase, compensation for my loss, and that this lack of communication and indifference be addressed immediately.
