I Face Southwind Airlines Baggage Damage After My Baby Stroller Lost A Wheel

My baby stroller was seriously damaged during Southwind Airlines flight 2S 023 from Antalya to Kazan on July 14, 2026. I handed my Indigo Onyx stroller to airline staff at the aircraft door and received it back at the aircraft door upon arrival. As soon as I collected it, I noticed at the airport that one of the wheels was completely missing. It is clear that the damage occurred while the stroller was under the airline’s responsibility.

I went to the Lost & Found office at the arrival airport to report the damage, but the office was closed, so I was unable to file a PIR (Property Irregularity Report). At that time, I was also unable to open a report with any other airport department or staff member. Since July 14, 2026, I have not submitted a separate claim to the airline by email, phone, or web form.

My ticket number for this flight is 2632107505628/1, and my baggage tag number is 0263034657. I have also attached photos of the damaged stroller and baggage tag as supporting evidence.

Because one of the stroller’s wheels is missing, the product has become unusable. I request that Southwind Airlines cover the repair costs if the stroller can be repaired. If repair is not possible, I request either a replacement with an equivalent stroller or reimbursement for its value.

I ask that this matter be reviewed and that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
