I Face Southwind Airlines Stroller Damage After Antalya–Kazan Flight

I would like to report serious damage to my baby stroller following Southwind Airlines flight 2S 023 from Antalya to Kazan on July 14, 2026. I noticed the damage immediately when I collected the stroller at the arrival baggage area. One wheel of my Indigo Onyx stroller was completely missing, and it is clear that the damage occurred while the stroller was under the airline’s responsibility during the flight.

Unfortunately, the Lost & Found office at Kazan Airport was closed, so I was unable to file a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) immediately after arrival. However, I still have my baggage tag, boarding pass, and photographs clearly showing the damage. My flight ticket number is 2632107505628/1, and the relevant baggage tag number is 0263034657.

The stroller is an essential item that we use regularly in daily life, especially when traveling with a child, so this damage has caused us significant inconvenience.

I request that Southwind Airlines provide appropriate compensation for the repair of the damaged stroller or, if repair is not possible, replacement with an equivalent product.

I also ask that the necessary investigation be completed and that I receive a response as soon as possible so this issue can be properly resolved.
