Sony WF-1000XM4 Earbuds Charging Issues


I submitted my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds, with serial number 5752545, for warranty repair in Turkey a month ago. They informed me that the device was faulty and would not work again, and offered me a refund instead. However, I requested a replacement instead of a refund. They are now trying to return the earbuds to me, which they had previously declared as irreparable, claiming that they have repaired them because I did not accept the refund and requested a replacement instead. I am demanding a replacement for these earbuds, which are still under warranty and have been deemed unusable. I hope that Sony will act appropriately and provide me with the replacement earbuds that I am entitled to. Additionally, it is impossible to reach Sony's customer service phone numbers in Turkey.
