My Sony Play Station Account Was Stolen, No Support in Sight!




My Play Station membership (Turkey) was stolen. I'm trying all the steps, but even the contact e-mail address of the person who stole it has been changed (however Sony allows this). I still cannot use the "I forgot my password" option. The replacement email is not coming. My card information is available on PSN Plus. I don't understand how this can happen so simply. They don't even have a contact phone number on the Play Station website. We cannot write in e-mail. I don't understand what we will do. It's such a big company, I didn't realize it. I am urgently waiting for a response from Sony-Play Station ( TURKEY) officials.
