My PSN Account Hacked - Unable to Receive Support from Sony
On August 11, 2024, my PSN account was hacked. Despite having two-step verification enabled, it was removed, and money was stolen from the card linked to my account. I have been unable to get any support from Sony, either from Sony Turkey or globally. There is no phone number or live support available; due to being in Turkey, I’m not receiving any assistance.
When I called Sony Turkey’s 444-number, I was told that PS support isn’t available in Turkey. When I reached out globally, they told me I need to contact support in Turkey and immediately closed the chat.
I’m genuinely frustrated and questioning if this lack of service is simply because I live in Turkey. The person who hacked my account has likely already changed the email and ID and possibly sold my account, and I am left with no options. I urgently need help recovering my account and protecting my personal information.
It's been 1 month and I still haven't received any response, there's literally no reliability and you're not doing anything in terms of support.
