PlayStation Account Stolen and Turkey Support Team Not Responding to My Requests
I had a PlayStation account that I initially couldn't top up, so I created another account, which I've been using for nearly a year. I no longer use the first account. Despite not sharing the account with anyone, a transaction was made from it, and the email address was changed, meaning the account was completely stolen. I immediately took action to cancel the cards I had used on that account. I tried to reach out to PlayStation support teams in Turkey and the UK. The UK team said they couldn't help. The Turkey support team asked for detailed information. After sending the details, I received no response. I wrote again, but still no response. Why is the PlayStation Turkey support team unresponsive and not getting back to me?
