My PSN Account Was Hacked. Urgent Support Needed After Two-Step Verification Failure
My PSN Account was stolen My PSN account was hacked on 11.08.2024. Although I had made two-step verification, it was first removed and then money was stolen from the card. I cannot get any support from Sony Turkey or Global regarding the issue. They do not have a phone number or live support, they do not provide support because we are in Turkey. When I call Sony Turkey, which is on 444, they say that PS Turkey does not have support, when I ask Global, they say that I need to get support from Turkey and immediately close the chat. I wonder if it is because we live in Turkey that we receive such bad service. The person who stole the account probably changed the email and ID and sold my account long ago, and I cannot do anything.
