Complaint Regarding PlayStation 5 Guarantee Issue in Turkey I am reaching out to you for assistance and clarification regarding a warranty issue with my SONY PlayStation 5 console, purchased on November 25, 2023, from a Public store in Greece. At the time of purchase, it was my understanding and were informed by the Public that the console was covered by the SIE European Union guarantee, including Turkey. However, it has come to my attention that starting January 1, 2024, Sony has altered its guarantee policy, excluding Turkey from coverage. This policy shift has resulted in service centers in Turkey refusing to honor the warranty for my console. Considering my purchase occurred while Turkey was still within the EU guarantee scope, I am seeking your help in determining how to proceed with any necessary service claims as per the original terms of the guarantee. I must understand my entitlements under the warranty, particularly after these recent policy adjustments. Your prompt and attentive resolution of this matter would be highly appreciated.
