Socios.com Identity Verification Problem
Until recently, I could log in to my socios.com account with my username and password. Suddenly, without prior notice, they changed the authentication method, now demanding photos of both the front and back of my ID. Why do they have the right to ask for this information on such a platform? I contacted support, expressing my reluctance to upload photos. I suggested transferring my account balance to my bank directly, but they insist only they can do it, and, you guessed it, they want a photo of my ID for that too. In short, they offer no solutions. I want them to give me my money and close my socios account. I have no issue with that; I just expect a resolution.
