Epic Games Account Recovery Error




My Epic Games account's email and password have been changed. I'm writing to support, providing all the information they requested. I also sent the order number of the first thing I received when I opened my account. Then, they asked me for a photo, but I don't have a receipt, so I can't provide photo proof. I don't understand what more they want from me; I've provided everything correctly. I can still log in, but support isn't helping with my account, my card information, or my order ID. Even though I've thrown out the receipts, I don't have a receipt for the purchase in 2018, so I can't provide anything except the purchase number.
