Unable to Access Socios Account Despite Correct Phone Number and Password Reset

I registered with Socios around two years ago and purchased Porto tokens. However, I can no longer access my account. Despite my phone number remaining the same, the platform does not recognize it for verification. Additionally, I cannot complete the password reset process, leaving me completely locked out of my account.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, as I cannot manage or access the tokens I invested in. I have reached out for support and urgently request assistance to regain access to my account. Socios must provide a prompt resolution to ensure users can recover their accounts without such unnecessary difficulties.
I expect immediate action from Socios to address this issue and restore access to my account.
