SnapEdit Charged Me for a Year I Did Not Intend to Buy
I accidentally paid $120 for a year of SnapEdit. I didn't mean to sign up for a yearlong plan at all, and to make things worse, I haven't even utilized the membership once. I called SnapEdit support team several times, hoping they would understand and help me. But no, there was no clear answer, no refund, nothing. No response at all. I'm so angry because this was plainly a mistake, and they haven't done anything to remedy it. I thought I would get at least a basic degree of customer service, but I guess that's too much to ask for. I don't trust SnapEdit at all anymore after this. I really wouldn't tell someone to use the app if they kept doing things like this.
