If SnapEdit charged you without your consent and you want a refund,

Act fast and secure your account first;

• Cancel any subscription:
– App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Important: deleting the app does NOT stop billing

• If linked to PayPal:
– Cancel automatic payments

Gather proof;

• Collect:
– Bank statement showing the charge
– No subscription confirmation
– Screenshots (app, emails, etc.)

• Important:
– Evidence is critical for refund or chargeback
