I downloaded the SnapEdit app from the App Store intending to try its basic features, but at no point did I approve or subscribe to the Pro version. Despite this, the app somehow upgraded me to Pro without my permission and charged ₺612 to my account. With added tax, this brings my total cost to nearly ₺800 — for something I never authorized or used.
This is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to any premium plan, nor did I receive a notification or confirmation request before being charged. How can an app make such a major change without user approval? This feels deceptive and unethical. I demand a full refund immediately and request that SnapEdit be held accountable for unauthorized billing.
