I recently discovered that SnapEdit Pro has withdrawn money from my card without my knowledge or approval. I did not subscribe to any premium version of the app, nor did I authorize any payment. This transaction was done completely without my consent, and I am extremely upset that a charge could be made so easily without proper notification or verification.
I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge. I did not agree to this, and I never intended to use any paid feature of the SnapEdit Pro app. It is unacceptable for a service to access users' financial information without their clear permission.
