My Snapchat Photos Self-Deleted Without Backup

 I need some help with this super annoying problem I had on Snapchat,  out of nowhere, my pics just disappeared from the app, and I didn't even back them up. No clue what happened there. They mean a lot to me, so has to find a way out.  my Snapchat username is "ni***t.c", and I'm freaking out about losing these pics. could you please do whatever you can to bring them back?  my precious memories has to come back safe. please make this a priority and take the necessary steps to fix the issue ASAP?  I'm really looking forward to hearing back from your team. I'm counting on you guys to work your magic and bring back the photos that mean a lot to me. Thanks for understanding and getting on this so quickly. I'm hoping that with your help, we can fix this problem and get back my lost Snapchat photos.
