I’m using iOS, and after uninstalling and later reinstalling Snapchat, I discovered that all of my private photos in the "My Eyes Only" section were gone. Everything saved after a certain date has completely disappeared, and I have no way to recover them. These weren’t just random snaps—some of these photos were very important and personal.
I’ve tried everything to restore them, but nothing works. I didn’t receive any warning about data loss before deleting the app, and I assumed all my memories would be safely backed up, as they always had been before.
Snapchat, I need your immediate help in recovering these deleted private photos. If there’s any way to restore them from your servers or backups, please do it now. This is a serious issue, and I’m extremely upset that such sensitive and irreplaceable content is missing. Please resolve this urgently.
