I Face Snapchat Memories Access Problems and Risk Losing My Photos

For approximately one week, I have been experiencing an access problem with the “My Eyes Only” private photos section in the Snapchat application. I can log into my account normally, but when I try to enter this private area, I am told that I need to reset the password because I forgot it. However, Snapchat also warns that if I reset the password, all of the photos and videos stored inside this section will be permanently deleted.

Because this area contains important and highly personal photos and videos for me, I am afraid to reset the password due to the warning message, and as a result I currently have no access at all to my content. I request that Snapchat provide a solution that would allow me to access this private section without resetting the password, or help recover my photos and videos without them being permanently deleted.
