Snapchat “My Eyes Only” Timeout Error On iPhone 13, Can’t Access Saved Memories

I’ve been using Snapchat for years, but ever since I installed it on my new iPhone 13, I can’t access the “My Eyes Only” section. Every time I try to open it, I get a “timeout” error. I’m 100% sure I entered my password correctly, and I’ve never changed it.

I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem didn’t go away. For the past 2–3 days, I’ve been unable to access “My Eyes Only,” and this is very concerning because I have many important photos and personal memories saved there. I’m genuinely worried about losing my data.

I wanted to test if the issue was device-specific, but unfortunately, I don’t have another device available to check. I also haven’t contacted Snapchat support yet, but at this point, I urgently need this fixed. Please help me regain access to my important content as soon as possible—I cannot afford to lose those memories.
