I Forgot My Snapchat ‘My Eyes Only’ Password and Can’t Access My Snaps

I forgot the password for the ‘My Eyes Only’ section on Snapchat and clicked the ‘Forgot Password’ button to reset it. While I was able to create a new passcode, I’m now being told that I need the old "My Eyes Only" (Meo) password to view any of the snaps I had stored there. No matter what I do, I can’t access my saved content.

I searched everywhere for guidance on this so-called "Meo password," but there’s no helpful information. It's incredibly frustrating—these were private memories I trusted the app to keep safe, and now they're locked away with no way to recover them.

Snapchat, I need real help here. Give users a way to retrieve their content securely when they reset a password. This experience feels like I’ve lost all my saved snaps for good, and that’s not acceptable. Please help me recover access to my ‘My Eyes Only’ memories.
