I Keep Hearing Offensive Language from a User on Smule – Please Take Action

I’ve been using Smule regularly to enjoy music and connect with others, but there’s a user who consistently ruins the experience for everyone. This individual not only uses offensive and inappropriate language on the microphone, but also constantly types vulgar and aggressive messages in the chat. It’s not a one-time incident—this has been happening repeatedly, and it's made me extremely uncomfortable.

Despite reporting the issue, I haven’t seen any improvement or indication that action has been taken. Smule is supposed to be a fun and safe platform, but with this kind of toxic behavior going unchecked, it’s becoming the opposite.

I respectfully ask the Smule support team to step in immediately, review this user’s behavior, and apply the necessary penalties or bans. Other users shouldn’t have to tolerate this kind of hostility when all we want to do is sing and enjoy ourselves. Thank you in advance for your attention and help.
