If you want to actually receive the approved compensation, proceed step by step:
Make sure the compensation was officially approved.
Save the email, message, or account status confirming that the payout was approved. This is key evidence.
Clarify the payment method and timeline.
Check how the compensation was supposed to be paid: bank transfer, card, or another payment method. Delays are often caused by incorrect details or internal checks.
Verify that your payment details are correct.
If you provided your details separately, make sure they were submitted accurately and in full.
Send a follow-up within the existing case.
In your message, clearly state:
that the compensation was approved
the approval date
that the funds have not been received
a request for a specific payment date
Request proof that the transfer was made.
Ask for a document or notification confirming that the payment was actually sent. Without this, promises of payment remain purely formal.
Document how long you’ve been waiting.
If a significant amount of time has passed since approval, this already constitutes a breach of reasonable payment timelines.
Take the issue public.
Approved but unpaid compensation is a serious red flag, and companies tend to respond faster when the issue is publicly documented.
Approval without payment does not resolve the issue.
If Skycop approved your compensation but hasn’t transferred the money, file a complaint on Xolvie and push for the actual payout.
