How can a betting app go from being one of the best to the worst in a single night? This is the worst thing Sky Bet has ever done, no joke. I really don't get why you would interfere with something that worked flawlessly. The former software was easy to use, looked well, and worked well. It used to be fast, but now it's slow, buggy, and a real pain to use. I've given it a fair effort, but it's hard to figure out how to use it, and nothing seems to make sense anymore. Whoever approved this redesign certainly didn't get it right, and they should really think about that decision again right away. I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of devoted consumers, like me, leave. I don't understand why you would destroy such a good experience. Get back what works before it's too late.
