Skillshare Automatic Renewal Issue
I have an issue with SkillShare. Last year, I bought a one-year membership and chose not to have it automatically renewed. Surprisingly, my membership was renewed without my consent and my credit card was charged $167.88. Although they stated that they sent a renewal email on December 29th, I couldn't find any trace of such communication in my email folders. After noticing a charge on my credit card statement, I reached out to SkillShare right away to inquire about a refund. Unfortunately, they declined my request. The situation is worsened by the absence of human customer support, as it appears that the responses are being generated by an AI-powered bot. All replies are standard and lack substantial interaction. I would like to request a refund for the amount that was charged.
