Skillshare debited my card for a free trial. How can I get a refund?

Skillshare offers a free trial period for new members to try out its services before committing to a paid subscription. If Skillshare charged your credit card for a free trial membership and you want a refund, here's what you should do:
• Skillshare provides refunds for annual membership payments if you contact them within fourteen days of the charge being processed. Monthly membership payments are not refundable.
• Cancellation: If you decide not to continue as a paid member after your trial period, you can cancel your membership by going to the Membership & Payments section of your Account Settings.
• Please keep in mind that Skillshare cannot cancel, refund, or manage memberships purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
To request a refund for an annual membership payment, you must act quickly and within the timeframe specified. Check your membership type (annual or monthly) and, if necessary, follow the cancellation process.
