Skechers D'lites Boots Ripped On The 3rd Day Of Wearing Them



My Skechers D'lites boots, which I bought from the Skechers online store, are the 3rd of my wear. On the day, the left lacing broke off from the starting point. I shipped the product for the examination and return of the product if it is defective. However, a return was made that it was not due to production and that its return was not approved. How can you send the product back without accepting such a product, which is obviously defective and not worn, not caused by wear. It is very wrong that you send such a poor quality product in return for giving so much money and not accept it.
