Skechers Uninterested Customer Satisfaction
I realized that my new product raincoat, which I paid a good amount of money from the company, was torn in a small area on the back (on December 5th), and I took it to the Hilltown AVM branch of the company. Here, in the clarity of the situation, they explained that this was not a production error and that they could not give me any support. I also requested your support service for a comprehensive customer satisfaction review and minimal repairs. They told me that I wasted my effort and that if there was a manufacturing defect or the company did not support the product in any way, it was within the company. When I forced them, they had to surrender to be examined. In fact, a short time later (December 11), in the message I received from the company, it was stated that there was no production defect and that they did not receive the jacket back within 30 days. To date, this is the first time that purchases have been made from a company that is so insensitive to After Sales. Even though I reported my mistake, I am not even offered proper repair/replacement support, let alone customer satisfaction. I am submitting my complaint here so that everyone can learn about the Skechers brand's 'good when selling, but the problem comes out at the end' events. Note: My Review Request Number: 1-312011
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We have initiated our investigations regarding the issue and will contact you within the day. Skechers Customer Communication Center
As I mentioned in my complaint letter, the company contacted me and stated (from the same perspective) that they could not provide any support unless it was a manufacturing defect. I also told them that this was the first time I had seen such a disregard for a customer and that I would continue to spread my complaint, including globally. My advice to everyone reading this is, if you are going to buy a product from this company, try not to damage it; because in the end, you will be faced with a service approach that does not care about you.
