Defective Skechers Deluxe Walker Sports Shoes Deformities

Hello, I bought Skechers Deluxe Walker sports shoes, and there are deformities and tears on the soles and inner lining. I sent the shoes back, but they rejected it, citing customer error. I've spent a significant amount of ₺ on these shoes, and it's frustrating that they dismiss my concerns. I am dissatisfied with the product, and there seems to be no consideration for customer satisfaction. I request that my complaint be taken seriously. I've sent the shoes back for reevaluation, and if it gets rejected again, I will escalate my complaint to every relevant authority, including consumer rights organizations.
