Skechers Toddler Shoes Deformed in 1.5 Months and They Said It Was a User Error
On November 10, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers, size 22-23, for my baby from Boyner. However, the product showed signs of deformation, with the front leather part peeling off, in less than 1.5 months. Despite following all care instructions and ensuring the shoes were used appropriately, the issue still occurred. The shoes are used by my 2-year-old child at preschool. I sent the product for a first inspection, but it was rejected as user error. It is now undergoing a second inspection for exchange. Does Skechers actually conduct proper inspections? This is a 1.5-month-old pair of shoes worn by a toddler in preschool. I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board for further investigation and proceed with legal action.
