Skechers Rejected My Return for Kids Shoes That Peeled After Indoor Use Only

In November 2024, I bought two pairs of shoes from Skechers at the same time—one for my son and one for my daughter. Although my son's shoes were never worn outside and only used indoors, the front parts started to peel and come apart. We purchased them from the Maltepe Carrefour branch, and I returned to the same location to report the issue. After an inspection, they claimed it was due to user error. I find it hard to understand how only one of the two pairs bought on the same day could have such a defect if it were truly a user-related issue. For a brand that claims to be high-quality and sells products at such high prices, it is disappointing to see this level of wear after just three months—and even more disappointing that they refuse to take responsibility. It’s a shame for a brand like Skechers to act this way and not stand behind their product. Since I haven’t received the shoes back yet, I can’t include any photos. I know the officials probably won’t care, but here I am, taking the time to write and share my experience anyway.
