Skechers Sneakers Started Peeling Within a Year and My Review Request Was Rejected

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from their online store on June 18, 2023, with the hope that they would be of good quality. Even though they wore different shoes to work, the sneakers got pretty worn out in less than a year. The shoes' backs started to peel, and the soles looked like they had been worn a lot. On their website, I asked to review a product, but it was turned down without a good reason. I also bought a pair for my daughter, and now her shoes are also breaking. I'm really upset about this because I thought Skechers would do a much better job. Because of this, I'm not sure how long their goods will last.
