Skechers Shoes Ripped After 40 Days of Use - Denied Warranty Claim
I purchased a pair of shoes from Skechers and used them for 40 days, but both shoes ripped near the toe area. I sent them in for testing, and they claimed the damage was my fault. Where is their professionalism? They charge above market prices, and I bought them for their supposed quality, but where is that quality? Even the shoes I buy from the market last longer.
They sent me a message saying: "Dear customer, after reviewing your product with request number 12-2363, we did not find any manufacturing defects. We regret to inform you that we cannot approve your request. B016."
I am very dissatisfied. They are rejecting claims without properly inspecting the shoes.
