Skechers Order from September 11 Still Not Shipped

I placed my Skechers order through the mobile app on September 11, and it still hasn’t been shipped. Trying to contact customer service by phone or email has been completely useless. To make matters worse, I can’t even cancel the order because they issued the invoice the day after I placed it. If they can’t ship the product, why issue the invoice? And if they did, why not allow the cancellation? This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. This will be my last order from Skechers—very poor service for such an expensive product.
