Skechers Order from September 11 Still Not Shipped

I placed my Skechers order through the mobile app on September 11, and it still hasn’t been shipped. Trying to contact customer service by phone or email has been completely useless. To make matters worse, I can’t even cancel the order because they issued the invoice the day after I placed it. If they can’t ship the product, why issue the invoice? And if they did, why not allow the cancellation? This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. This will be my last order from Skechers—very poor service for such an expensive product.

Hello, My order was delivered on October 22nd. I wish they hadn't sent it in this condition. The right and left shoes are different from each other; a defective product was sent. The right shoe is bright yellow, and the left shoe is pure white. They smell as if they have been used by two different people, and it hurt to see what I paid for. It would have been more honorable to say that they couldn't supply the product rather than send it like this. Sending shoes for which I paid a total of 4,399 TL in this condition is nothing but an insult to the customer.
