On October 23, 2025, I purchased the Skechers Escape Plan model shoes from the Skechers store at İzmir West Park Mall. Although it has only been about two months since the purchase, the front toe area of the shoe has come apart. The product has become unusable in a very short time, and it should not have deteriorated like this so quickly.
I sent the shoes in for inspection twice, and each time I was told it was “user error,” and no assistance was provided. Even though I used the shoes under completely normal conditions, the defect was blamed on me, and I have been left disappointed.
I am requesting that the company stand behind a product that deformed in such a short time and provide a full refund of the purchase price. I ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that my issue be properly resolved.
