Mspy Needs to Cancel Subscription and Refund Payment
I accidentally purchased a subscription to the Mspy application and would like to request that this transaction be canceled and the amount I paid be refunded. The purchase was completed without any confirmation SMS or verification code, and I do not wish to use this subscription.
On March 20, 2026, a total of approximately $55 (1,800 TL) was charged to my account for one subscription. After the payment, I did not receive any order number, customer ID, or similar reference information. The email address associated with my account and used during the payment is: k********@gmail.com.
Due to this accidental transaction, I request that my subscription be canceled and that the amount of 1,800 TL be refunded to my account as soon as possible, preferably urgently.
