Pingo App Microphone Keeps Turning Off During Use
I have been using the Pingo app as a paid user for about 2 years on my Samsung Galaxy A56 device in Ankara. However, for the past week, I have noticed that while my child is using the app, the microphone is constantly turned off, which prevents us from communicating.
I do not want my child to be able to turn off the microphone. I request that the app provide a solution to this issue or introduce a parental control feature that prevents the microphone from being disabled.
So far, I have checked both the app settings and the device, but I have not been able to resolve the issue. I have not yet contacted customer support. As a paid user, I expect to be informed about this issue and for it to be resolved as soon as possible.
