My Skechers Max Protect Paragor Shoes Tore in 100 Days but They Rejected My Warranty Claim

I bought a pair of Skechers Max Protect - Paragor shoes on December 20, 2024, and after just about 100 days of use, both shoes developed tearing in the inner heel lining. I sent them in for inspection, expecting a proper resolution given the high price I paid.

Instead, I received a generic reply stating: "Dear customer, your product with request number 1-446** was inspected, and no manufacturing defect was found. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your request."*

This response is completely unacceptable for a premium brand like Skechers. Shoes that are used lightly for just over three months should not fall apart like this. It’s clearly a material or quality issue, not user damage.

If my shoes are not replaced, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I sincerely hope this message gets the attention it deserves, because this is no way to treat paying customers.
