I bought a pair of Skechers boots from the store in November 2023. Not even a full year later, the stitching on the toe of the left boot came undone. Since the product came with a 2-year warranty, I submitted it for inspection—but Skechers didn’t take any action or offer any solution.
I figured nothing more could be done, but now I’ve noticed the same exact issue has occurred on the right boot as well. The stitching has come apart in the same spot. I specifically chose this model because it looked durable—I even said to myself, “This will get me through 3 to 5 winters easily.” Clearly, I was wrong.
I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and in Skechers' failure to stand behind their warranty. I request that this issue be reassessed and resolved immediately. I expect either a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
