Skechers Oak Canyon Boots Fall Apart in 2.5 Months
I got the Skechers Oak Canyon Ironhide boot on November 26, 2023, and by mid-February 2024, only 2.5 months later, the front of the right shoe had already come apart. Everything was fine with the left side. Because the front section deteriorated quickly, I asked for an investigation into a potential manufacturing issue. However, following just two days of inspection, my request was denied with a brief response stating "no error found." No additional information was given. I can't believe this branded shoe got damaged so quickly. It must be a manufacturing flaw. I'm not happy with the superficial inspection process. I selected this brand based on its reputation and corporate image, but it turns out I was wrong. Furthermore, I am making others aware of the limitations of this model.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We have initiated our investigations regarding the issue and will contact you during the day. Skechers Customer Communication Center
Skechers called, it was asked to the technical team again and it was only informed that neither a return nor an exchange would be made.
