Findandloc Unauthorized Charges After Trial And Unable To Cancel Subscription

I signed up on the Findandloc platform only to try a trial membership. However, without my consent or approval, multiple charges were made to my card consecutively. First, $1 was charged on January 16, then $19 on January 17, and after that, $19 was charged every month until April 16. In total, $75 has been withdrawn from my card.

I only intended to try the service once, and I am not aware of approving any agreement or setting up a recurring payment. Despite trying multiple times to cancel my membership, I was unable to complete the cancellation process through the system. At first, I thought these charges were from an international source, but later I realized they were coming from the Findandloc platform where I had started the trial.

So far, I have not been able to reach Findandloc customer service at all, and my issue remains unresolved. I demand a full refund of all charges made without my consent and immediate cancellation of my membership.
