I recently discovered that I have an active subscription linked to Findandloc after reviewing my VakıfBank account transactions. On March 29, 2026, $1 was charged, and on March 30, 2026, another $19 charge appeared as pending transactions. However, I have absolutely no idea how or where I initiated this subscription. The app is not currently installed on my phone, and I do not recall ever giving conscious approval for such a subscription.
Even though I have both the payment receipt and bank statement, I cannot find any panel, in-app setting, or accessible communication channel to cancel this subscription. This situation is causing both financial and emotional distress, as seeing money withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent is extremely concerning.
I demand that this subscription associated with Findandloc under my name be immediately and permanently canceled. I also request a full and prompt refund of the $1 and $19 charges made without my consent. Additionally, I expect all authorizations related to Findandloc to be removed from my account to prevent any future unauthorized charges.
