Chamet Disabled Face Verification And Blocked My $184 Withdrawal

Since June 2025, my face verification feature on the Chamet app has been disabled without any explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my account balance of $184, and this has caused significant inconvenience.

When I contacted the support team, they confirmed that my face verification feature was disabled and that I could not withdraw my funds because of it. However, they did not provide any clear explanation as to why this happened or how it can be resolved. I have been dealing with this issue for a long time and still cannot access the money I earned through my own efforts.

I request that my face verification feature be reactivated immediately and that my $184 balance be released and paid to me without further delay.
