Sixt Overcharged Me Nearly €1000 for a Rental That Was Quoted at €350
Hello, I wouldn’t be complaining if Sixt had simply charged me the agreed €350. However, the actual charges made to my credit card are completely unacceptable and total nearly €1000. First, the Sixt reservation system charged me around €200, then an additional €444 was taken at Stuttgart Airport, and finally, another €350 was withdrawn based on the invoice—all for a single rental.
This is well beyond what was agreed, and I’ve attached screenshots of the credit card transactions as proof. It’s clear that I’ve been overcharged multiple times, and I’m asking Sixt to urgently review the payment records and correct this illegal billing.
What you’ve done is not just a billing error—it’s a serious violation. I demand that you immediately refund the excess amount you’ve taken from my account and provide a clear explanation. If this isn’t resolved, I will consider pursuing legal steps. A global company like Sixt should not be making these kinds of mistakes.
