Sixt Refuses to Refund 500 Euro Deposit for Kosovo Car Rental

We rented a car in Kosovo, and despite having no issues during the rental, our 500 Euro deposit has not been refunded. Even though Sixt claims that they have processed the refund, there is no record of this transaction in our bank account. Our reservation number is 9713239175.

Sixt customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive regarding this matter, and it feels like my 500 Euros have disappeared. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, with the deposit refunded to my account as promised. Please take the necessary actions to correct this as soon as possible.
