Siemens 11kg Washing Machine - Fake Duvet Program, Loud Noise

About 15 days ago, I purchased an 11 kg fully automatic washing machine from Siemens. I specifically chose this model because it had a duvet washing program and made my decision based on my trust in the Siemens brand. The machine clearly shows a duvet washing program on its panel, but the user manual was not provided before installation. Since I started using it, I have experienced serious issues, especially when using the duvet washing program. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the machine does not actually have a real duvet washing feature and that it can only wash feather pillows weighing up to 2 kg. Additionally, the machine makes a loud drum noise during operation. The service team claimed that this noise is normal and will occur every time the duvet program is used, but the same noise continues even in other washing programs. When I requested a refund, customer service said that no action would be taken unless the service found a problem and that I would be charged a service fee. Despite informing them that I insured the product, no solution was provided, and I was met with a dismissive attitude as if to say, “you shouldn’t have bought it.” I paid ₺36,000 for the machine and an additional ₺789 for insurance during installation. The product is only 15 days old and still under warranty. My trust in the Siemens brand has been shaken. Since the duvet washing program is not truly functional and the noise issue remains unresolved, I request either a full refund or a product replacement.

Siemens, which appears to be very worthless; I see that you have responded to my complaint with fancy words to mislead readers, saying if you contact us, we will solve your problem. Today, on 16.10.2025 at 10:38, I spoke for 37 minutes and 9 seconds with Mr. Furkan, who said he was the most authorized person from Siemens headquarters, via your 4446688 line. However, he only said, 'This is the only machine we produce, it washes a 2 kg goose down duvet but even that is unbalanced and cannot be washed, and it is noisy. Even though it says 11 kg, don’t put too much in while washing, it makes noise, change your items, put in a 2 kg goose down duvet, update your lifestyle according to the times,' in a humiliating way! (As if we are naive people) With instructions like 'wash it this way, not that way,' I understood that your solution is to try to shape the customer according to your product. And I told him that I am not a soldier, and that you cannot instruct me on which items to buy or how to live my life. Furthermore, I personally experienced in my conversation that in 15 days, if customers dislike something about the product and try to return it, they say, 'Do whatever you want, we can’t accept returns, this is the product.' I told him that when I went to the dealer to buy a Siemens 'dryer' and mentioned the problem at the dealer, I shared what I learned from the service. Also, when I went to the dealer and specifically said that we are a family with children and would wash duvets, I was told that this 11 kg washing machine has a duvet washing program indicated on it, and that I could wash duvets and other clothes with peace of mind and there would be no problem. They did not say that it only washes a 2.5 kg goose down duvet; they specifically said it would wash your duvets. When I spoke to the service during installation, they did not say it could only wash a 2.5 kg goose down duvet and nothing else. Moreover, when the machine did not wash a 2.5 kg duvet and gave an error, and I said the duvet was 2.5 kg fiber, this time they said it could only wash 2 kg goose down. As Siemens headquarters, they said they could only speak verbally with the dealer and service, and could not provide a written statement. When I requested to exchange it for another machine, even if it has a lower capacity, that can wash duvets, they summarized: 'We do not accept returns or exchanges, this is the product.' I almost bought a dryer too—good thing your lack of support for your product became clear and I didn’t buy it. What I understand is that you’re basically saying, 'We ripped you off like a goose, you shouldn’t have bought it.' I’ll just make my feathers into a duvet, sell it to you, and then wash it in this machine at home. This machine is not worth a dime, and neither is Siemens.
