Siemens Refrigerator Caused Rust Yellowing and Cooling Issues
I experienced yellowing inside my Siemens refrigerator, rust on the door, and a cooling issue. The technician who came claimed that the yellowed area could be resolved by simply wiping it clean. However, this was clearly a temporary fix and did not address the root of the problem. Although I pointed out that the problem was due to poor material quality, my request for a replacement was denied. I had chosen Siemens based on its reputation for quality, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a result, I’m not satisfied with the refrigerator and deeply regret my purchase.
They scratched the refrigerator while moving it; I have never seen such a problematic technical service in my life. Communication is zero, the refrigerator is left to fate. I will never again buy or recommend Siemens or Bosch.
